Sometimes, one could just not figure out humans. They can be tremendously gentle, but otherwise cruel. Police Officer Scott Charleswood was called in to inspect a nearby community dumpster with some puzzling activity; a great deal of noise emitting from the inside. People thought it was a raccoon, but it was clearly something else.
Charleswood found seven young puppies sealed up in a trash bag and placed inside a dumpster. Note that it was winter when he first found them. He immediately rescued them by carrying them in his jacket to keep them warm. He found them care in a veterinary clinic and have signed up the little puppies for adoption.
